the red rings may indicate hardrive failure, i guess you would have to replace the console or try the towel trick although that might not work, turn the console off and then on again. if the red rings are still there then you have to replace it, MS gives you a 3 year warranty just for this type of problem on the console.

no it wont, diffrent MHZ (megahertz) types, you'll need an adapter, or diffrent power cables, and some games are not reigon free on 360... hope this helps
