Really nice! I adore cats and all animals,and we had several great ones before the greyhounds. Our three dogs are not cat friendly and are quite predatory! Sigh! Good job with capturing the essence of those sleek beauties. 5 stars!

I'm an animal lover too. It's a pity cats and dogs have this thing between them lol, then again, I had a Siamese who got on famously with my two dogs. She used to sleep on top of them. :) Thx for the kudos, Marion!

Hello Wayne!! Some of these photos are very funny and extremely cute! :) My cat Tangerine is almost 8 1/2 yrs. old now. He has been a wonderful pet. It amazes me how cats can be so agile. Our cat always does things that just don't seem possible - especially for us humans! LOL!! Sorry I haven't been touch in quite a while, but I've been busy selling a home and buying a new one. Cats are wonderful. And I think the fact that they can't be tamed make them so remarkable. Although all of my cats are handicapped they're very independent - majestic, even.

Thx, Jazzy. Thats an interesting point you make, the fact they can't be tamed. We think of them as domestic yet they retain that independent streak that can never be boken. Thats a big part of their beauty. In what way are your cats handicapped?

I have a three legged siamese cat and a blind cat. My dog Nicki (sadly departed) had neither ears nor tail due to ill-treatment.

Actually I had a few more handicapped pets; for some of them I found "adoptive parents". Of course I visit them from time to time just to make sure that the pets are doing fine at their new home.

Jazzy you are doing a magnificent thing in helping these handicapped pets, where do you find them? At a rescue place?

Since a friend of mine is an employee at the local animal shelter I know that they put down a lot of handicapped pets, including healthy newborn kitties, because the employees don't have time to raise them up. My friend calls me up when ever there's a "problem pet" at the shelter - and so I got these sweeties. Since I moved to a small apartment I can't keep every so-called "problem pet" but I try to find them a new home, with help of some wonderful cat/dog loving people of course.

No I have two dogs, a pug and a boxer. I used to have a very smart and very elusive Siamese who was the master of the disappearing act. Before that I had a black and white cat of no particular pedigree.

BTW, what you are doing for handicapped pets is just marvellous. You have a big heart. :)
