Hello! So sorry for the late response. Yes it is an excellent camera, very very happy with it! The lens is the standard wide angle lens that comes on the camera. You can't change lenses with this camera BUT it's a true Wide angle lens and has a 13 times zoom.

Yea it is a very nice camera! You can get one from B&H Photo Video for a little over $3000.00
