I have long wanted to make a sympathetic film about the community and was lucky enough to save some money to video it on 26/9/11. I hope to be able to visit again in 2012. I've been there with my 75 yo mother and sister. There is NO racism there... We loved the people. We were there in the 90's. I heard the conservative gov't screwed the place over.

Christiana is a great place to visit. I live in Minneapolis MN. And have been to kobenhavn one time. It is a beautiful part of the city. You should see the city on new years eve. It is spectacular, fireworks and alcohol. Maybe some amazon shrooms and northern lights would help the night too.

That is an unpretty way to avoid the minimum salary and the tax system. A company outside Christiania could never get away with paying workers with eating tickets rather than money.
