i think so but i dont know there was a thai foreign exchange student who was around 17 yrs of age that came to my school as a senior and she told my sister that even if she graduated in the US when she goes back to thailand she's still has to continue highschool...and then i met one last year who she was able to chose if she wanted to be a junior or senior at my school..she chose senior
