i was going to buy the soundtrack, but after i looked at the track listing and realized that this song wasn't on there, i changed my mind. just goes to show that you shouldn't watch a movie purely for the music even if you need to get sound bitten 'once' in a while.

Let's make it clear. This scene is before she left for Spain. The last scene shows she wasn't listening to the thumping club music with the crowd, she was listening to her boyfriends mix-tape. This is her deciding what to do after Christmas. After finding the body, before burying.

@MechaTeapot Some could argue it's a flashback and we never receive any true closure, similar to Ramsay's previous film, Ratcatcher, which is what I quite like about this ending.
