@sceptilefan1 answers to your questions. 1) The golden rule is - if it hurts then stop 2) if you are not used to it and over do it in the first place or have too much pressure from the tap then yes. 3) just sit on the toilet and push it out.

@kaypey11 Its not that easy - have u ever tried doing a inflation with loads of hosepipe and air being forced into you - then getting warm water pumped in, I work better the way I do it.

@lightabdo I have been an inflater for over 30 years and I don't hardly get cramps or get hurt from the inflations. so the answer is No. I reckon if i didn't stop I would have continues a bit further.
