Neither the dog nor the cat looks happy.. and the"author" of this performance does not say what methods he used to make this happen. To be clear- I do believe that cats and dogs can be friends but a cat walking on a dog few hours a day can not be happy. I am sure each of the animals would prefer to walk freely and just have fun instead of performing this job.

If that cat was the least bit unhappy about being on that dog's back believe me it would not be there. And I already know how the dog feels about it. Dogs are happy just to be with their owners anywhere, anytime.

@kasiaszymi Actually this cat looks very calm and relaxed. When cats are relaxed they keep their eyes half closed. If you have a cat, and they look at you and slowly blink, its actually a sign of affection.

As a dog trainer for 6 years, any animal can be trained to do something like this, including the cat... it simply involves the right effort and time. It can take months of daily training to solidify a trick, and he said he took 18 months to pull it off, and has been doing this for 8 years.
