  • I think its cool for batman to meet his arch enemy the riddler

  • DOES ANYBODY ELSE FEEL LIKE A FRIED EGG?!?!?!

    Gets me every single time!

  • jim carrey is a great choice for riddler

  • Gotta love Jim Carrey, They should incorporate him back into a movie, as The Riddler

  • @Kenneth12432 Yes it is.

  • is that jim carrey?

  • Perfect caxtin at the time for this film, the new funniest man ever jim carrey and tommy lee jones coming off a breakthrough role in the fugitive.

Unfortunately, Val Kilmer was thought of as shit hot in the 90's, and Chris O'Donnell was apparently relevant,

  • jim and jones were kickass in this movie! funny but also dangerous! yeah ok they werent "dark" but who said that all batmans villians gotta be tortured guys?

  • Okay now at 0:28 you can see Jim Carrey

  • Did anyone notice the riddler at 0:27

  • @BatBadAssMan I did wow I bet no one excepted to see The Riddler so soon

  • Two Face didn't know the Riddler was coming, so the Riddler had to make his blender/brainwasher things appear out of thin air.

  • I bet he got tails..........

  • Tommy Lee Jones character is a throwback to the 1960s Batman Series.

  • 1:25 "By the way, that's never gonna heal if you don't stop picking" hahaha

I so would've loved to see Christopher Nolan's take on The Riddler in one of his Batman Movies...

    Thumbs up if you agree...

  • @theQuestion626 you guessed correctly, grasshopper.

  • God this movie was awesome! I loved Tommy Lee Jones, he was my favorite in this movie. Carrey was hilarious as Riddler of course, but I think Jones really shined here!

  • As much as I love Jim Carey in this role, I don't like how they styled the Riddler, especially not the hair cut. This is said from a Riddler fan.

  • What made it less believable is that the line is exactly straight, could have been a tad wobbly :S

    I love this film!

  • Riddle me this:

You can't see it, but if you put it in a barrell the barrell gets lighter, what is it?

  • @MrHilariousUsername naturally, a hole!

  • @MrHilariousUsername The answer is "A Hole."

  • @dasuchin

I think you mean three of a kind! :)

  • These two are one of a kind.

  • I already see the Riddler at 0:27, can you see him too?

  • "That's never going to heal if you don't stop picking"

  • If the Dark Knight (The Modern Batman) trilogy ever had the Riddler then they should use Jim Carry again.

  • Jim carrey was a great fit for the riddler. But it would have been better if he were more serious.

  • HAHAHAhaahaha 2:00

  • does any one else feel like a bright egg!

  • This movie is light-hearted and brightly-colored the way an acid trip is light-hearted and brightly-colored.

BTW, Jim Carrey is disturbingly seductive as The Riddler here. I think he was playing him as gay (subconsciously or not).

  • overacting camp at its best/worst

  • 0:25 whoops!

  • OK, you might not be a fan of Schumacher's Batman movies, but you gotta admit Jim Carrey's a pretty good Riddler. :P

  • 2:53 where or when in the name of the goddamn batman , the riddler get those things??

  • The Riddler's introduction on here is the same thing as Jack Nicholson's in the first movie. They both come out of the shadows and they both say "You can call me..."

  • God anyone else feel like Jim Carrey is a good fit for the riddler

  • @paladyn12 he is!

  • Comment removed

  • Am I the only one who loves this movie? and I totaly think Two-face and Riddler are more then friends.... but maybe thats just me.

  • Man, I can't believe these movies were so bad.

  • @DarthMessias it was more cartooney and the way it should be, play arkham city and youll see how lame the dark knight movie was

  • @TheRidersChoice

That is matter of taste. But as movies...they sucked.

  • @DarthMessias

Technicly Forever was not that bad. I mean: the cartoonesk approach was the thing that nearly killed the franchise. The story was OK (no real plotholes etc), acting etc. were actually not bad, sometimes good. And the humor was OK. But Batman has to have a dark edge. Like in the Burton movies and Nolans'. Batman in a bright coloured world was something they could get away with in the 60's, not in the 90's (in which this film was made).

  • @Superpiair1 also, it wasn't Schumacher's fault that the films went downhill; Warner Bros. forced him to make the films more "family friendly", probably to coincide with the animated series.

  • @DarthMessias there have been worse.

  • Looney Toons lol.

  • Looney Toons lol.

  • Debi Mazer in this film- Wowsers!!!!!!!

  • hehe Two-face is a bipolar person xD

  • I love this movie

  • I ASKED FOR BATMAN NOT A PARODY.

  • riddle me this:I have a head,a tail,but never any legs,what am I?

hint: Two-Face would get it in an instant

  • @91128man a coin ;D

  • @BenAndOllieFTW correct,feels awesome doesn't it?

  • @BenAndOllieFTW round 2:

riddle me this:I am right under your feet,in the midday sun,you can't lose me,no matter how you run, what am I?

hint:I follow and lead as you pass, when you're dressed in white my darkness still lasts,I flee the light but without the sun, your view on me would be gone

  • @91128man: A shadow, much like those Batman hides in.

  • @TherealRNO yep,now a hard one:

riddle me this:if you hit me hard I will crack, but you'll never stop me from staring back, what could I possibly be?

  • @91128man: A mirror, perhaps.

  • @TherealRNO good, now, the hardest of all riddles:you're laying naked in bed witha homosexual and a girl, who do you turn your back to xD

  • @91128man A shadow

  • @BenAndOllieFTW exactly,this one's pretty tough,riddle me this:if you say my name,I willl be no more,who am I?

no hints this time *evil laughter*

  • @91128man SILENCE.

  • @BenAndOllieFTW you must have seen the Italian movie "La vita e bella"

  • who made my childhood:Jim Carrey

    who makes childhood now:Justin Bieber

I don't want to live on this planet anymore

  • @91128man I couldnt agree more

  • @91128man and coincidently, there both Canadian!

  • @zxTheWhoFanxz I know,what the fuck went wrong?

  • I love Jim Carey's Riddler

  • Riddle me this. Two girls one person with two personality but wich girl do he like when he is half good and half bad

  • to be honest i loved this movie... i thought jim carrey was awesome.

  • Who is Batmen??? Na kurac te metneeeeeem!!! xD

  • Why do the "evil" guys build weird places like that?

  • 1:48 The answer is simple.... we kill the batman....... ( I was waiting forever to use that line, now I can die in peace)

  • Comment removed

  • post-homo . . .

  • is that drew barrymore in the white??

  • @TheVenusAphrodite correct, very minor role but she did it right :D

  • Comment removed

  • And thus the real reason for the recent rise in 3D tvs.

  • "I can help you get Batman, that is if you'll spare my life ... for just a few minutes?"

    "Ennnggg"

My favourite line. It's like he's saying, I'll probably kill you either way, yeah go ahead.

  • Enjoyed*

  • This movie was great for its time, it came out when I was seven so I really enjoyed it. Even though jim carrey and tommy lee jones acted too similar to the joker I still enjoed their performances. Aaron eckhart was a horrible two face, the only villain they messed up on the new batman movies so far.

  • @hsmontoya aaron eackhart was an excelent two-face, very true to the comic books.

  • @MrJodete23 um, not really. sure i guess you could say he was darker, but he was only in the film for like 2 seconds at the end and he had som madeup origin whreas jones had the acid in he face lie in the comics.

  • worst fucking movie ever

  • @ArkGod66 You obviously haven't seen enough movies then...........

  • @ArkGod66 You obviously haven't seen next one then..........

  • @ArkGod66

Nah it was decent. Batman and robin fucking sucked.

  • Aaron Eckhart rules!!!!!!!!!!

  • i have never seen 2 villians so close 2gether, oh yeh, I HAVE!!!!!!!

  • 3:45 Is Sylvester the cat in hell?

  • two face has a awesome lair. thumbs up if you think so too

  • the statue face in the background looks just like arnold swartzniger

  • Riddler (quote 3:14 - 3:19) Very few people are both Summer and the Winter, but... To the fuck with you, Phineas and Ferb doing best than you here!

    [Two Face shoots air]

Two-Face: What's the point, big boy

Riddler: Is anybody told you that you had a serioulys Jealeous Trouble

  • Batman Forever was decent, but Batman and Robin.....

  • Eckhart may have done the role better, but I actually liked Tommy Lee Jones' acting in this.

  • I like the campy style of Batman, sue me....

  • This was not a good Batman movie, but a funny one:)

  • I can never go against my beloved Batman Forever... this is my fucking childhood I saw this movie everyday when I was a child this movie is still badass

  • @DarthMex1991 hahahahahaha can stop laughing.badass?this?hahahahahahahaha

  • I thought there was a lot of the joker in Jim Careys performance. He prolly would have prefered that role.

  • 02:20 - 02:30

Okay, okay, call me crazy if you want, but if Riddler was a woman you'd all be saying "she wants his dick!" The Riddler was clearly using seduction there. Remember that overly sexualized behavior is a symptom of Histrionic personality disorder; disorder that The Riddler has.

  • two face acts more like joker in this

  • "Who the hell are you?"

"Just a friend, but you can call me... Ace Ventur... er, uh The Riddler!"

  • This movie like Batman and Robin, just truly sucked ass.

  • guys you gotta realize this, back then we didnt have Aaron Eckhart, We didn't have Heath Ledger, ect. But we have this, it may not be modern but come on, if you didn't liek this growing up your childhood was waaaaaaaay outta wack and if your in the new generation, don't even try to comment on this movie cause you live in the avatar era.

  • This Riddler is a little bit too over the top, hope there will be a more serious turn on him once.

  • Didn't know coffee turned your hair red and your skin purple...

  • 1:11 They should have kept Riddler's look that way through the whole gilm

  • Need I remind everyone that this movie was in the spirit of the 60's show?

I love how everyone says that the other versions of Two-Face are better, when over-all, they don't like ANY version of him. Kinda ironic.

  • @ArkhamResearchFiles: So says you. Dent is my fave villian, even if he stays comfy at number 2 in Batman's Rouge Gallery list anyway, IMO.

  • I remember watching this as a kid, I was hooked with Jim Carrey and the Riddler. EPIC !

  • Does anybody else feel like they're watching a cartoon? The only enjoyment I get out of this scene is watching Drew Barrymoore's boobs.

  • ikd i feel like riddler and two face would never get together.

  • Stop at 0:27 and you will see on your right Jim Carrey waiting their turn to enter the scene.

  • @Merovingiocba This Riddler clearly waits for the perfect moment! lol

  • this is your brain on the box

this is my brain on the box....DOES ANYBOBY FEEL LIKE A FRIED EGG!!?!!

  • At 0:27 mark look straight to the right!!!! I've noticed this since I was a kid!!! The Ridler is standing right there clearly waiting for his Que. to appear! Not only did Joel Shummacker fail to understand the characters but he sucked at choreography!

  • @Metalunited101 Oh wow, I never noticed that. Thanks for pointing that out.

  • @Metalunited101 Not it actually explained where the Riddler was before he showed up in front of Two Face. He was inside all along! Sneaky bastard! (You know you didn't notice the first time you watched the movie)

  • "Does anybody else feel like a fried egg!?"

  • 2:00 lol

  • The best part of this scene is Drew Barrymore.

  • @alcoholocaust AND Debi Mazar

  • As much as I like The Riddler, Two-Face did ruin half of the movie.

  • Even though this movie was shit and the movie (which shan't be named) that came after this was even worse... I still love Two-Face too much to hate him... even though he was butchered by Joe and Tim.

  • The Riddler is my all time favorite batman villian and Jim Carry is the only man i can imagine playing him the jokey fun side of him makes the Riddler's character come alive if they ever bring back the riddler in a new batman film PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! take Jim Carry back

  • Wait I don't exactly get the "on the box" thing! somebody explain please!

  • How do you find boar in Gotham?

  • Who declines an offer nowadays; why not just blow someones head off instead?

  • Its funny, I watch this and I feel like I'm watching it for the first time. Yet I've seen time and time again.

  • I love this two face more then the new one, I think jim carry did good with the riddler, guess he isnt dark enough the riddler with his chipper upbeatness and being funny and not to serious. Why people making fun of the batman movies? I hate the new ones cause of batmans stupid deep voice shit, no one found out who he was with his normal talking voice really before else where lol.

  • This is why Jim Carrey gives us nightmares.....

  • ...... WHA!!.... WHO THE HELLARYUUU!!??....

  • Two great villains for the film love the performance by tommy lee jones more then jim carrey cause the riddler is too funny two-face is awasome just like the joker

  • Thumbs up if you laughed when Jim says, "Does anybody else feel like a fried egg!?"

  • THIS is the two face I knew growing up. I much prefer him instead of the Dark Knight version.

  • All these people complaining about twoface, but really...would a twoface like the Arron Eckhart version, really fit into this film and its INSANE PLOT? XD

  • @CyberGod66 That's what I like to keep in mind. Arron Eckhart is a different kind of Two-face, he's the 'true' Two-face. I've always, always, looked at this and the one with Freeze/Ivy as based in the '1960's Batman'. In it, some of the most serious characters, had goofy sides to them, and it was something you could just sit back and have fun with. Then you can roll over and have a more serious experience with the 'real' Batman.

  • @MontajBlaze well said, its like, i love the dark knight, its my favorate film, but i have to be in the mood to sit down and watch it so i dont loose the plot, but batman forever and batman and robin, are two films i just like watching anythime im a bit bored, as they are every entertaining :]

  • Batman movies have the best villains. Thumbs up if you agree!

  • What I hated most about Jim Carrey's performance is, while he did tap into the whole gameshow host kind of idea, I always pictured the Riddler as a more in the shadows character that treated all his crimes as games for Batman to solve, all the while watching Batman and constantly flaunt his ego.

  • Tommy Lee and Jim Carey ftw!

  • i love the riddler he makes me LMAO

  • Watching this now, it's pretty godawful. Such a dark time for the Batman franchise.

  • i got tails

  • Comment removed

  • You could see the Riddler waiting in the background at 0:27.

  • @Cable3999 wtf lol

  • Two Face is supposed to be a tragic villain, he is way too happy and smileyfaced in this film. I know Tommy Lee Jones isn't the criminal here, it's Schumacher who made this crap film. I have heard Christopher Nolan also told Aaron Eckhart before filming not to act quirky and laughy as Two Face, so that he wouldn't fall into a trap like this :)

  • WHO THE HELL ARE YOU!?!?!?!?!

  • "This is your brain on the box."

"This is my brain on the box. Does anyone else feel like a bright egg?!"

  • Arron Eckhart was better

  • @doctorseaweed2 Agreed. Tommy Lee Jones' Two-Face was WAY too cartoon-y.

  • @doctorseaweed2 No, he sucked too.

  • @doctorseaweed2 Cause it was Chris Nolan based WHAT A WIN!

  • @doctorseaweed2 Agreed

  • @doctorseaweed2 I would have loved to see a serious take in this movie; Aaron Eckhart was better because his direction was better. Tommy Lee Jones was forced to play it for laughs, even though he originally was going to base the character after the BTAS version. TLJ was OK was a popcorn goofball in this one but I know an actor of that calibre could've done the character justice, definitely.

  • @timtwoface Tommy Lee Jones is a great actor. But the idiot who made this so called movie made him act like a retard. Arron Eckhart was better because he was allowed to be.

  • @doctorseaweed2 I've heard Tommy Lee Jones was so afraid of being upstaged by Jim Carrey that he over compensated.

  • 3:42 There's the money shot

  • <3 jim carey :D :D

  • So ExXellent..

  • Comment removed

  • Don't blame Tommy Lee Jones for the way Two-Face is acted in this movie. I think he was just doing what he was told to do.

  • ''I hope you made extra" xD hahaha

  • I still wonder what Billie Dee Williams would have been like as Two-Face. I imagine a much darker character and considering he was built up in the first film, he might have been able to pull it off.

Forever's biggest flaw is that it simply didn't age well. This films SCREAMS 1995. I remember going back to it in high school trying to convince myself it was good...it's just not.

However, it does have a lot of nostalgic value, a good soundtrack, and a fun performance by Carrey.
