  • I want one !

  • Thanks for being straight and honest and letting us know it does hurt. That's so nice of you

  • ok, that hurts......

  • can I use this on my fiances' cupcake?

  • we can also do like a bikini wax

  • Is it the same if you used the normal one? :)

  • After many attempts I found this 4 Step way to be the best: 1.Take a shower and scrub area/s with loofah/body brush and soap. 2. Rinse off completely, turn off running water and dry area/s very well. 3. Stay in the shower, so hair doesn't go all over floor, use Emjoi over area/s 4.Rinse off area/s and exfoliate to prevent ingrown hairs. Definitely make sure the area is CLEAN (no sweat, free of residue of deodorant, lotion, etc.) and COMPLETELY DRY If not it will affect how well it works.

  • super hot !

  • Cool 

  • does tht hurt??!! it sounds like a fricken chainsaw!!

  • You helped me out a lot and answered all of my questions! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOOOUUU!!! :D

  • @123jademarie what razors do u buy?

  • I have lots of skin taggs and i cant shave my underarms

  • u are very beautiful :D

  • @LuvBaldheadedGuys Dear Luvbaldheadedguys, LOL your bf is gonna be suffering!!!

  • i want to shave my armpits with my epilator, BUT I CANT! too much pain... and believe me, i dont feel pain that easily..

  • @PinkBlushing they sell a numbing spray at sally's in the hair remover section and it should help lessen the pain. it is a bit pricey at $11 but eventually after elpilating a couple of times you will start to notice that it doesn't hurt as much and won't even need to use the numbing spray. or it could be your elpilator. I have two and the first one was an epilady and i could only do 1 and a half armpits and didn't bother to do my legs, but now i got a braun one and i can use it eveywhere

  • do the hairs grow thinner? i'm thinking about buying it, but not sure if i should. i wanna know if it's good or not. rate from 1-10 please? thanks (:

  • @x0xSaminax0x I have an epilator and I've been using it for about a year. I've realized that my hair does grow back thinner (especially if you just epilate and don't shave in between). It's best if you understand hair growth and it's phases. And you'll also find that hair doesn't grow as fast the more you use it and the longer you use it.

  • Lol i'm scared of pulling hair out of their places :O

  • i use wax for everything except armpits.. it is too painful...

  • I wish guys would, just for 1 month become a woman completly so they could see all the stuff we have to deal with ! :p

  • @MissBouclette1 I think it is unnecessary for women to shave and im a guy. I actually prefer women with hair because it symbolizes maturity. Wish society didn't make women shave:(

  • where can i buy this i live in Las Vegas

  • @Lea157215 The link is in the information bar.

  • i was dying from pain, did my under arms yesterday for the first time! ouchh

  • nice armpits

  • I WANT ONE!!!

  • why? just let it grow out naturally hunnie! it's okay to be bushy. too much trouble!!

  • some of the faces you do you look like Julie G 713 lol x

  • You are beautiful :)

  • do you think it hurts less than waxing? I wax my own arms so how would you rate this compared to waxing?

  • @aloe4radiance I know you're asking for Iris, but I'm a veteran waxer (though I don't do it anymore): I'd recommend waxing first and then maintaining with the epilator. If you go without epilating for a while and it grows back a fair bit, wax it again. So much less painful with the hair is dense. Just keep up with the maintenance, plucking just a few hairs growing back every few days.

  • i have a question! ok.. when i shave my armpits get kinda dark.. like idk what it is... i read on the internet about some of the reasons why but i cant remember any now.. so my question is will this product turn my armpits brown? lol...... awkward...

  • @manray25 No, it will get rid of all the brown. I know what you mean, I'm very light but for some reason my armpits always turn darker too. For most of my life i've been plucking my armpits, and thats when the black didnt show up anymore. Plus my hair root is weaker now so emjoi doesn't hurt as much :D good luck

  • I saw the video title and thought "Ew gross" but when I watched it I was like "hmm I might buy this"

It sounds scary as hell though D:

  • i want this product for ramoving my underarm hair yes i know there is no gain without pain my concern is that how long do i need to charge the epilatorif i got to use it without the cord?thanks

  • hey! Where can I buy this exact epilater? Which store

  • it looks and sounds so violent :(

  • Im actually into this product how do I buy it ?

  • @201blastoff There's a link in the information bar.

  • if you try it for the first time would it be ok to shave first then use it?

  • @Menonelse No. Because it's better for the hairs to be long. It's going to hurt the first time.

  • wow the last video i saw the girl was chinese and she was in PAIN!!!!!

  • @irenewabissa Ha ha! I think I know what video you are talking about.

  • @irenewabissa whats the link?

  • u look like SELENA QUINTINILLA!!ur so beautiful!!

  • omg this is awwwwsome i ove ur pits lol they sooo pertty lo

  • can the shaver thing also use to the face?

  • @coolmovies12 Yes. You can.

  • @coolmovies12 oh my god that sounds painful. lol.

  • @coolmovies12 lol i wouldnt recommend you using it on your face...an epilator is way to harsh on your facial skin which tends to be much more sensitive..i dont know other people's skin maybe different but the majority react very badly when using an epilator on face not to mention it leaves redness and can give you bumps for a week...

  • @coolmovies12 please dont use it on ur face if u have sensitive skin, test it first =] x

  • @coolmovies12 Did you try it?

  • I like this for ME. I don't like this because I feel like I have to be perfectly hairless to be attractive. Jeesh, you guys make it seem like it's some sort of a crime. I prefer this because I don't have to shave all the time (Cuts back a lot on shower time) and it doesn't hurt me too much.

  • how much does it cost?

  • i just bought one. thanks for the promo code :)

  • does this epilator make ur hairs thicker like shavers?

  • @msanimallovr No, it makes it less thick and lighter in color over time. (:

  • the earings in this video are nice do you remember where you got them from-I am an earing fanatic

  • @braidsmaid I think it was from...Anchor blue about 3-4 months ago

  • where can you buy one of these.....and how exspensive is it? v

  • @themusicalmorgan Hi there. Link is in the information box. You can see the product details and price.

  • Men should stop complaining about our womanly hairiness until they agree to shave every place we do! What's good for the goose is good for the gander! Least I think that's how the saying goes. lol

  • does it pinch? I've been wanting one for a while and Im afraind it will grab my skin with it. lol

  • can that be used for your legs?

  • @04Ammy04 yes : )

  • hi ...wats the name of the plucker thing lol....!!!!

  • @dalilahdelorbe Emjoi Soft Caress Gold Cordless Rechargeable Hair Removal System

  • guys should start shaving their armpits to

  • @Koolkat197 and balls

  • @Koolkat197 Shaved armpits are not manly.

  • @Quartrez Says who?

  • @Koolkat197 no please... thats just awkward

  • @Koolkat197 I don't think so, my friend Brandon shaves his armpits, and I'm just like "Dude, why?" Guys aren't supposed to look like girls. I actually think it's hot if guys are a LITTLE hairy.

  • @Koolkat197 a lot of guys do shave their armpits. I do, and most of my friends do too

  • lol guys should start shaving their armpits XD

  • how much did this cost?

  • @rride1099 Did you try making your skin taut and then adding some baby powder to make sure it does not tug on your skin?

  • @ilovegerardo I made my skin taut but no baby powder. Do you use yours against the hair growth? thank you for replying.

  • @rride1099 Sure. My armpit hair grows in different directions. But I kept going down and then back up. It caught the hairs. Try the baby powder to reduce irritation. Also, have you used an epilator before this time?

  • @ilovegerardo ok thank you. I was thinking i caused more irritation by going n the opposite direction. And no, never. Does that make me a 'newbie' who may be messing it up :]?

  • is it hard to clean? cuz i would imagine if one were to use it on their pits and legs...there would be a lot of hair to clean off it

  • Thank you for demonstrarting this for us! Very admirable! jaja

  • Do you ever get cut from it?

  • Discount Code INVALID

  • @LadyPunkAss I just tried it myself and it worked fine. Try copying and pasting the code IrisEmjoi

  • @ilovegerardo

I tried everything and I always get this-

    "Discount code invalid"

I tried copy & paste, typing it in, with no capitals... nothing is working. :(

Sorry to be such a pain in the butt!

  • @LadyPunkAss It should be the one from the first link in the information bar.

  • @ilovegerardo

I tried everything and I always get this-"Discount code invalid"

I tried copy & paste, typing it in, with no capitals... nothing is working. :(

Sorry to be such a pain in the butt!

All I can think of is maybe it's a discount for people from the US only?

Or maybe I'm buying the wrong product? I am trying to purchase the AP-10R - Emjoi Soft Caress Rechargeable Epilator (purple one). Is that not the one you are reviewing?

  • very cool! I can't wait to try it!!

  • I love that you demo'd your armpit, lolol.

  • Hi, I have a quick question. Does this product actually remove other larger areas like legs and arms, without taking forever?

    Thanks a lot.

  • Yay I found you on facebook. But i have another problem I can't find a way to add you as a friend :(

  • you look a bit like Madonna

  • how long does it take approximately to do your legs? and also thanks! this was really helpful!

  • i know you said every part of your body but i want to ask specifically.... good for your privates?

  • @PYT919 I haven't tried yet. Too chicken, but yes it's for there too.

  • Yum ! Seeexy armpits ! ( ;

  • @Hemulen40 lol

  • are you hairy hairy? or do you have a little amount of hair? i know this sounds weired and all but maybe this works for you cause you do not have so much hair.

i have an arabic friend who has this and she is super hairy and even after she uses it does not seem smooth, you know clean like you were saying. you can see the holes where the hair was.

  • @TheChum1981 I am not above average.

  • Wow ur brave !!! lol

  • In the armpit, you actually have hair going in two directions..

I'd love to buy this product btw..

  • Good review! thanks for coupon code!

  • i have one too....and it does work.....

what i did to test it out....i shaved one leg and the other i did it with the epilator .... i waited one week...the results were...on the leg that i shaved, the hairs were already grown and long...and on the other leg that i did with the epilator only some hairs were barely growing.... it was so painful in the beginning but when i did it the second time it didnt hurt as much....just a little ....

  • i'd rather shave and avoid the pain. i wish our society would just accept the fact that women have hair just like men and there's nothing wrong with it.

  • @lucifer1343 I agree. It makes me mad that A) guys aren't expected to this nonsense at ALL and B) you're a "weird girl" if you choose not to participate in shaving. People act like there's something horribly wrong & gross about you, or that you're trying to make a radical statement, when you're doing the same thing guys do and just NOT committing to the expense & pain of removing the natural hair from your entire body. I shave&pluck, but I feel like I'm giving in to stigmatizing women when I do.

  • @lucifer1343 Some people can not shave. When I shave it gets so irritated I am in pain if my arm pit is touched in the slightest way (and I use shaving gel or anti-irritation gel). Also, not shaving causes longer hairs that are uncomfortable constantly poking the skin. Epilators only hurt the first few times and after that you don't even feel it and it also makes the hair thinner and less frequent. Nothing to do with societies view of women, I AM a woman and I DO NOT want the hair there...

  • @lucifer1343 The pain is tolerable and resides over time. I think it's totally worth it.

  • @jmontoya84 You are right.

  • @lucifer1343 i dont think women shave because men want them to or its not accepted by society, i know a lot of women who would not want to just let their pit hair grow, i thinnk its more of a personal choice than anything honestly, thats just my opinion

  • @lucifer1343 it is ugly on women. I know many bisexual or in the closet or one the down lowmen like hairy women. but for normal men smooth soft skin is so pretty.

  • @lucifer1343 There may be nothing technically wrong with it but it's simply not attractive. You can't just decide what you like and what you don't. Acceptance doesn't play a role here.

  • @lucifer1343 go to italy, women have armpit hair there and the men don't mind; some even prefer it.

  • this sounds like something I can use on my legs because I hate shaving...i get those nasty razor bumps, and waxing takes too long and costs a lot of money. I would be able to do this in the privacy of my own home :)

  • Argh. I tried to epilate under my arms once...it is SO painful. And I have a high pain threshold :-(

However, they are awesome for your legs.

  • i have this and i love it! i bought it because shaving irritated my underarms soooo much! this works so much better and lasts longer!

  • i think i'll stick to shaving! lol

    i'm scared of pain!!

  • i have black patches under my arms i think because of my shaving blade. who can i get rid of that darkness of my underarm. cuz if though i shave the darkness under my arm shows that i havent shaved.. any ideas?

  • @Peacock2613 Hey I got the same problem too for so many years!! I also thought it was shaving but I stopped a while ago and still had the problem ... so when I asked my friend, she told me that it's the deodorant !!! Bring 0% alcohol deodorants! I nearly have no problem AT ALL now!!

  • you are the coolest!! :)

  • Hi!I´m thinking about purchasing a new epilator,I do have one but it takes forever because it only has a 12 tweezer system. Can I use the coupon code from germany?I think the pain is worth it,at least you don´t have to think about hairy legs for a couple weeks.During the procedure I´m always like:Ahhhhhh!!!!Soft Legs!AAAAAAhhh!Soft Legs!AAAAAaahh!Lol.By the way,you are very well at explaining things, you always sound like a nice patient teacher!

  • Hey Iris.. I used to use Braun.. it was good but i got ingrown hair. so now i do laser. it is wonderful. try it out ;)

  • If you have been shaving your armpits for a long time, your roots are stronger and it will hurt terribly. I recommend waxing them a couple of times before trying this out. This will weaken the roots of your hair a bit... and no, waxing doesn't hurt that much as it is done in one stroke, and by somebody else :)

Another tip is that it will be the least painful if you pluck/wax in the first week after your period, and it will be the most painful in the week before.

  • Is the pain the same as waxing, cuz i can handle waxing.

  • HOW CAN YOU BE CLASSY WHILE SHAVING YOUR ARMPITS??? Maybe because I'm italian - I tend to scream :D

  • My doctor has forbidden me to pluck the hair off my armpits because I have veeeery sensitive and thin skin, so my question is: Is this product made for people like me or should I forget about plucking?

    Thank you!

  • @rudyrudyrudy7 Depends on what your Dr. said was ok?

  • @ilovegerardo guess I should forget about plucking then... :/ Thanks anyway!

  • @rudyrudyrudy7 What did your Dr say was ok?

  • You are soo elegant and stylish!!I love watching your videos and ive learned a lot from you!:))

  • i have one of these and it takes a while to figure out how to get all the hair out :(

  • @4:53 it looks like somebody else is doing the hair removal for you. lol. awesome review. i might get one... my hairs are thick though... so i think it will hurt more!

  • Is it pluking the hairs out? Or does it like....shave them off?

  • @Jordanfacekilluh plucks

  • i actually have been tweezing my armpits for a long time! this product looks interesting because i do get tired of having to hold my hand up n stare into my armpit but this could change all of that! i wanted to point out to ur subscribers that wen u tweez ur hair grows back finer. which is a major plus!!

  • @fulanchiz Basically this product does what you are doing already, but in higher quantities.

  • @ilovegerardo Plucks

  • @fulanchiz yes but for some people it grows under the skin when tweezed... I have this problem on my legs, so I am not sure whether to try under the arms :) So for this reason alone I have to shave instead of waxing or tweezing which would be a million times better IMO! just for people who experience this to know the growing in will stop once you start to shave.. any experience by people who have this problem whether the armpits may be different in this?

  • Does it give a flawless feel.

  • @sessimonkey Yes but you do have to go over a few times.

  • i get bad razor burn when i shave my armpits

do you have any tips for preventing that when shaving? also, does this irritate your under arm area? Thanks

  • @TheFashionSpaz Exfoliate with a loofa or gel before shaving. Shave after taking a shower with warm water. Use new, sharp razor blades. Wet the skin and lather the entire area to be shaved with a quality shaving cream or gel.Shave with the grain of the hair in short, deliberate strokes. Rinse the blade after each stroke. Rinse with semi-hot water. Apply an anti razor burn lotion or serum. Dip the blade in rubbing alcohol after the final rinse.

  • @ilovegerardo thanks! i will try it

  • Thank you for yor honesty! Especially about the pain part. You've introduced me to a new product. You've piqued my interest. I'm going to take a look at it and favorite this video for the discount code. Thank you!

  • @kimmaytube I have to be. I don't want people coming back and saying "You said it didn't hurt and it does :("

  • Does it pretty much removes body hair on the entire body??

  • @jasmineabby25 Pretty much. I have tried it on my legs and armpits only.

  • OMG girl lol that sounds scary ewww and painful hahaha!

  • @mariachris I KNOW! But it wasn't so bad :)

  • can i use it on my upper lips? and my chin area?

  • @SweetPuso YUP!

  • Awesome as usual but when you're editing you're cutting yourself off at the end of some sentences. :(

  • @Cenobite3 awww sorry. Was it hard to understand?

  • ahhh you should have a contest giving this away! lol :)

  • @foreverremembered You think so? Who would want it besides you?

  • hahaha you shaved your armpits on youtube your awsome!!! lol

  • @antoniagalan LOL what I do for my viewers :P What's next? LOL

  • oh wow the sound scares me lol ..thanks for sharing.

  • @MY2HAZELEYEZ It totally scares me too. Especially when I put it close to the camera! Uyyyy! But it wasn't so bad. :)

  • thank you i really appreciate it. But no threading never has done that for me. It does hurt really bad but it's so worth it. Beauty = Pain. Thats my motto. I will give it a try. Thanks again!

    Brittany

  • @GrandmasBasement79 I totally agree with you. Beauty is pain. Also beauty takes time :)

  • does it hurt as bad as getting your eyebrows threaded? If you have ever had that done?

  • @GrandmasBasement79 I have had it done. It hurts the same, but you get more hair out at once. Where as threading is small sections at a time. Also, there is no irritation after. With threading, I usually get tiny cuts or redness. Not sure if you do too?

  • Thanks for answering so quickly. You are very good to your fans! You get to everyone. Love your hair tutorials!

  • @Katiedidcakes You're welcome. When I can, I like to reply. When I can't, well.... :(

  • I love this product! I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who uses it because it really does work.

  • @thedesperate4eva I do too. Have you ever used it on bikini area?

  • @ilovegerardo No, I haven't! I'm too scared to try, haha.

  • @thedesperate4eva ME TOO!

  • hey iris...I really like this new review format with the questions posted before your answers. Its very structured and helps answer my questions in a better fashion. Thumbs up from me on this reviewing formatt.
