Growing Flowering Plants : Growing Caladium Plants

Funny story! Well, funny to me anyway. While I was so excited about retiring in the Philippines, I decided to buy lots of exotic seeds I wanted to grow in my new home. The funny part came when I got there and saw that many of the plants and flower seeds I bought in the US for hundreds of dollars grow in the wild here. Relatives here in the Philippines looked at my beautiful seeds and replied, "you paid how much for these"? "They are considered weeds here".

no no no these are full shade plants.. in full sun the leaves will burn....
