It's not necessarily greed. Humans produce best when they keep the fruits of their labors and are not forced to share with those they don't care to share with. Americans had a very good sense of charity before the Feds decided they could do it better.

i have different definitions. communism is equal distribution of goods. socialism is government owned production. capitalism is privately owned production. socialist capitalism (not in the dictionary) is when most industry is private, but regulated by the government, and about 10 percent is government owned.
For simplicity, I'll use your definitions. Any form of capitalism needs at the very least, rudimentary regulation. And consolidation means excess and oppression. Equal distribution of goods is fine for the one producing the least, but oppressive for the one producing the most. And the pesky little notion of the Dictatorship of the Proletariat is not really much different a form of oppression than the capitalist elite.
He certainly seems enamored with many collectivist ideas. And he has no qualms about controlling (not regulating) banking, investing and auto production. I doubt he is a muslim any more than he is a Christian.
