@alepaan at that time I was using a Peavey Valve king 112, everything turned up. Str8 from guitar to amp. Mic'd through a shure sm57, the mic angle actually contributes to alot of recording tone, as well as the processor/interface. Lots of misconception about Eddie's rig, but not even he can reproduce his VH1 "brown sound". its all in our heads.
