These are supposed to be black dolls.. But they have blue eyes and big cheeks and lips .. They looked like white dolls painted brown.. And oily .. Shame!!
I was so surprised at criticism regarding the dolls, I think they are absolutly beautiful. The doll with the blue eyes, right at the corner of her mouth, the sweetest lil' soft spot like she was about to do the baby drool..ahhh. I think its important that we emphasize our features in our dolls, the blue eyes..ehhh. That is not a put down of the work- it's quality, but the blue eyes....
They are a good first attempt but really lack the look a real baby has. But I read how the professionals do it who charge over $2,000 a doll.
Baby at 1:30 something is the best, very cute, I think it's the doll you are working with rather than you skill, that might be why the paint is flat and no color, try a different doll, that may help. Or perhaps different paint, but A+ on the hair =D
The baby girl is just not right. Why the grey eyes? Why not hazel or brown or black? And those fat cheeks... she looks sick.

I have fallowed reborn dolls for many years.
