  • Ive never seen a grape vine like the one she was eating from ... it was a huge tree??

  • @mala265 I never noticed that the first time through...weird. I've never seen one like that either..

  • @1950sRetroHousewife I guess they can't get everything right LOL

  • @1950sRetroHousewife I have seen it plenty of times before.Usually the ground is prepared then poles put in the ground at a meter apart and in rows, wire is then strung along the lines of poles and a grape vine is planted at the base of each pole. As it grows it will naturally twirl its way up the pole and across the wire and you will have a vineyard of grapes. If grape seeds find their way into the soil away from the vineyard it will find the the nearest host to grow on, in this case the tree.

  • @mala265 Maybe the vine was wrapped around a tree. My aunt has grape & muskadine's that do that.

  • @Libramoon77 wow ...I have a vineyard ... but Ive never seen vines grow like that before.... I had to google muskadine ....never heard of it before..I see its native to America.....awesome..:))

  • @mala265 Muskadine's are alot like grapes. They grow alot around here in Alabama. :)

  • @mala265 actually it is a tree its called a grape tree, google it, lol

  • @mala265 i know and there pretty big grapes

  • @mala265 grapes are climbing vines so this one was attached to a tree. if you look closely you can see the difference in the leaves

  • @mala265

Well, grapes grow on a vine, but the vines are like ivy, and crawl up whatever is around. Maybe the vines crawled up the tree?
