@ahab809 this is excellent for senior water exercise because the high knee jog is building their hip flexors,cardio,water resistance. you add the arms OUT OF THE WATER for extra mobility and stronger arms.

I have found this a great workout. I do arms forearms up and down double quick time whilst jogging, but my feet always make contact with the bottom of the pool for both exercises and I run lengths.
