  • Looks fun!!!

  • i seem to enjoy doing circles!!!

  • HOOOOT

  • i came here to learn some swimming workouts but instead i see nasty comments made by nasty people. you should all be ashamed of yourselves.

  • @AFoote88 would you watch if she wasnt?

  • johnny likey

  • @boyimracist right on brother... right on

  • jiggly jiggly

  • She has arms????

  • why is she so fine

  • yeah my blood is flowing.. your hot

  • oomgZ at 0:33

  • thats not a good lesson, because the arms have to be under water - thats no aquafitness - thats only posing

  • @ahab809 this is excellent for senior water exercise because the high knee jog is building their hip flexors, cardio, water resistance. you add the arms OUT OF THE WATER for extra mobility and stronger arms.

  • "You don't want that heart rate to stop"

    No shit....

  • Good video, silly comments - but the videos are out of order. Shouldn't this be about number 6?

  • you are soo HOTT!

  • I hope you don't your heart to completely stop!

  • Well this video has defiantly been helpful for my paper "aquatic fitness." Thanks for the easy instructions

  • damn!!!FIITTYYY!!

  • Hahahaha YES! Dude, i really dont give a rat's ass about cardio. I only clicked this because she has huge tits.

  • How, exactlyu, do you keep you core tight?

  • If I had lifeguards like this, I'd pretend to drown at every possible opportunity.

  • something is bouncing...

  • Her bikini is tight u fuckin whore!

  • this is not a "how to ...."

its a "Damn look at her"

  • only worth while video by expert village ... and for all the wrong reasons lolllllll

  • WHen wrking out in the water, arms should not be out f the water. They should be submerge using the resistance of the water. This is not professional, it is more recreative like a class you would take at a resort.

  • @Aquarella2007 if her arms were underwater, her boobs couldn't be seen :D

  • @Aquarella2007 Have to agree here...I am a noob to aquatic exercise and I too was wondering why she wasn't doing the workout chest deep to use water resistance on the arms......

  • @fiona3637 this is an excellent exercise for seniors to do! you have to remember that depending on who you are teaching will determine the level of difficulty.

  • @Aquarella2007 this is the first top comment i seen on these vids that wasn't about the girl lol

  • @Aquarella2007 not all the exercises need water resistance! the object of a water ex class is to improve mobility, cardio, and then building muscle. depending on what kind of class it is will determine what moves you do, if you teach a bunch of seniors you want your class to be mostly mobility moves with some cardio and muscle. when you do a high knee jog with arm circles your focusing on mobility and some cardio.

  • I'm curious to know if the instructor has had silicon implants and whether this increases buoyancy in the pool.

  • I wish we had girls with boobs like hers doing that in our pool ;-)

  • there's a lot to think about

  • boobs

  • Damn..... Thats a great video

  • lmao agreed

  • Her boobs help her

  • This is hot

  • Would be interested if someone knows how many calories this burns as I described above. I regulate the speeds and go so fast then slow then fast. I also take a breather in the form breast stroke and just lengths on my back with just kicks. The hardest is a really aggressive doggie paddle with arms and legs submerged I challenge anyone to go more than 20 meters without being out of breath. As described the above is my daily workout.

  • I have been doing this in a warm pool, but I submerge to my shoulders and cross my arms back and forth in the water really forcefully, its a bit like cross over skipping but I bring my needs up double time per arm cross. I have found this a great workout. I do arms forearms up and down double quick time whilst jogging, but my feet always make contact with the bottom of the pool for both exercises and I run lengths.
