Well, seeing as to how Gungor has had his video seminars available since 2008, and was doing them in person before this, and Peters just added this to his routine post 2010..... it's pretty obvious who inspired Peter's "creativity". That said, this isn't a new "joke" in terms of content, but the delivery and "punch line" points are almost identical. Peters is so 2010 anyways....

The man/woman brain thing is very common fodder...it wouldn't surprise me if a bunch of other comedians had the same exact jokes on this subject. This happens a lot - smart funny people come up with the same observations...that's why they make us laugh, because we recognize those observations. Mark and Russel are completely different people. Russel is a great stand-up comedian, one of the best, but Mark is a pastor and a marriage guidance counsiler who gives some real advice to couples and would-b e couples. His advice is usually very good and constructive as well as funny.

you are right. there are not even close the way the present (mark has over done things with his voice on women issues) but yes they have said things common about women. but whatever, these ideas/thoughts and many such are not created or invented by them, these are socio-cultural proverbs and thinking about different races, genders, kids etc etc, animals. they just picked them up and sometimes also created them on their own and presented the way that we can't stop laughing.

@eddro42 I think Russell looks like he has memorized his skit. It doesn't come naturally plus it really takes away from anyone's show when he has to swear to get people to laugh. Mark is funny because people are really relating to what he is saying because it is real life. Where does Russell get the 15 minute time frame for thinking about nothing because there is no limit to how long they think about nothing. That is so obvious that he just stuck that in there. It takes away from the flow.
