I'm going to carowinds today, and I am thinking about riding the intimintaor..should I? I get scared REALLY EASILY...but I've road all kinds of rides that flip. Also, my dad says this ride hurt his shoulder really bad and my friend got a scratch (which I don't believe it was from this, but it could be..) Should I ride the intimintaor & this ride?

Me and my cousins remember when it was Wayne's World themed. Every time we go through the line we start yelling "WAYNE'S WORLD! WAYNE'S WORLD!" We're aged 20-28, and little kids act like we're the one's embarrassing them. :)

@Tiani14 It depends on where you sit, and it also depends on your opinion. NEVER ride in the "wheel seats" on this coaster. Wheel seats are the second row of each car for this particular train. If you sit directly above the wheels, more of the shocks and jolts will be transferred to you. It makes a huge difference. Oh, and it doesn't hurt because it's a wooden coaster. It hurts because it's a poorly built wooden coaster. There are wooden coasters out there that are FAR smoother.

Jack Rabbit at Seabreeze was built in 1920 and is still smoother than Wildcat at Hersheypark (especially when it used its old trains) and that was built in 1996. Wood coasters constantly have their track replaced, some more often than others (depending on how smart park management is.) At some point, all wood coasters get their track replaced as wood warps easily, and if left long enough without replacing, the coaster would fail the weekly track inspections.

This is Hurler at Carowinds. Don't confuse it with the Hurler at Kings Dominion. Both are mirror images of the Thunder Run at Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom.
