No the sun does not cause skin cancer...the sun screens do. The sun is heathy for us because you get Vitamin D. I am African American and I enjoy it. When I go to the beach I never put sun block on. Infact the sun blocks are so poisonous that if you drink a glass of one you would die within minutes. Would I want the ingrediants of the sun blocks absorbed into my blood stream?...Nope.
We've been in the sun for thousands of years. People in southern Europe have been running and working in the strong Mediterranean sun for thousands of years. This whole "sun causes skin cancer" is obviously hyped up bullcrap in order to make everyone spend money on sunscreen (chemical garbage). Maybe for those who burn red in the sun, I don't know what it'll do to them, but anyone that tans is adapting to the sun rays on the spot. This is how central Africans got dark over time.
Yo CHECK THIS: I am what one may call a fair skinned person (although I only really get like that in the wintery months)-Irish/German ethnicity. Past few years I have worked outside on rooftops 5-6 days a week ALL DAY LONG in the sun (no shirt 100% of time in summer). Outside during off days also.I HAVE NEVER HAD SUNBURN! In fact just a strong solid tan..I laugh when I see ppl of naturally darker complexion using sunscreen & avoiding sun. It really is all about the diet.. I started making sure
(cont.) I got enough antioxidants and also vitamin C and vitamin E are crucial as well. Only deficient ppl have problems with the sun, that I now know for a FACT. Look, If I don't get sunburn than NO ONE should, I am living proof. Sunlight is one of the best things for your health, mainstream medical industries literally want to keep u in the dark when it comes to this knowledge.
Seriously I've been out ALL FUCKING SUMMER LONG almost every day 8to 10 hours in the sun and no sunburn ever.
@CoffeeKing777 I'm sorry the mass has been misled bro, but we've been living in harmony with the sun for as long as mankind as been around. The idea that the sun causes skin cancer or any other form of cancer is beyond insanity. Let me ask you this, what would happen to us if there were NO sun at all?
@aruffa07 Well, we would die. And that my friend is called a loaded question...So think of this..."We need sugar, TO much sugar, and you get debates ( a disease that destroys the pancreas) and die, if you don't get treatment"....(EXAMPLE)..."MOM! IM ALL RED, AND BUBBLE!..."Oh don't worry about that, receptive damage won't do any harm, and it can't be the sun, because we need the sun... :|!
@CoffeeKing777 Bottom line is it all boils down to common sense. If you get sun burnt, its not healthy. But you see healthy individuals do not get sun burnt. If you get plenty of antioxidants through your diet and have strong, healthy cells, no type of radiation can damage your DNA (which is the cause of cancer: DNA mutations.) The sun increases our production of vitamin D through synthesizing of cholesterol through the skin. And by the way, vitamin D is the #1 protection against cancer.
@aruffa07Plus, with the detraining ozone layer, more of the suns rays are getting though. Some sun is needed for live to function, and health. But too much, and and damage is caused
While the sun itself is a pure and powerful source of energy.. isn't the theory/dilemma that we've damaged the OZone and therefore the rays that were once beneficial can become harmful because of over-exposure? I'm not an expert or anything. That's just what I thought.
@jessomglol yes, this theory has some truth to it, yet if we eat a diet high in antioxidants then the rays coming from the sun can have no harmful effect ~ only beneficial! :)
Genesis 1:29-30 29And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. 30And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.
The biggest scam in North America, The Sun does not cause Skin Cancer, sunscreen lotion causes cancer if you can't eat it don't put it on your skin. So many lotions causes cancer not the Sun. Sun gives Health, Health is good
sungazing is awesome! its a direct download of Prana and nourishes us deeply allowing one to eventually become breatharian. everyone can benefit from sungazing.
hmm...i think you should do some more vids when your 50...60...70 years old. my family are desert people, who worked, played, and lived in the sun and almost every one of them has skin cancers teated a few times a year. how come the cancers mostly apear on part of your body that get the most sun top of ears, nose, sholders, forarms, hair line? The sun IS good and i do belive sun block is not so good, fire also is good but i KNOW that it will kill me if i try to give it a big hug!
its not the sun itself that is bad for us, its what the sunrays interact with in the environment that can become malignant. it's actually the chemical sunscreens that are carcinogenic. for example, if you slather sunscreen all over your body, eat some cancer hotdogs, then go sizzle under the sun at the beach for a few hours you are setting yourself up for skin cancer big time.
and by the way , marojana police , i dont smoke the stuff , i use the oil of the seed , and eat the seeds which i buy legally from the wholefoodshop ,
totally with you dude , thankfully we have superb oils to eat now , hemp , linseed , olive , eating avocadoes , and all the natural oils found in fruits such as bananas / dried fruit etc to protect us from our skin reacting badly to the sun , sunflower seeds being another good oily seed

This fear of the sun is misguided.
God gave us the sun for our benefit.
