  • how much boost you runnin?....any other mods?

  • 8psi, header's, o/r x, aluminum ds, and 4.10's is about it. I no longer own this car, it is somewhere in Ohio now.

  • congrats man great numbers

  • Fellow 2006 KBGT guy here...

I think you can launch with a bit more RPM. It looks like you're bogging a bit off the line with those fat tires. The guy next to you launches harder, has you at the 60ft and 120ft line easily, then you walk him like no-one's business!

Try more RPM at launch, if the tires will handle it.

    AWESOME run :)

  • Thanks man, that was only my 5th or so pass on slicks ever. Plus I was 500 miles away from home on stock clutch and didn't want to chance it. On this run I pulled a 1.77 60' and ran 7.74 in the 1/8. So far I have my 60' down to a 1.65 and running 7.60 in the 1/8. But I haven't been back to a 1/4 mile track since I got the hang of launching it.

  • All respect to your stang thats really impressive!

What other mods you running other than the supercharger?

  • Shorty headers, O/R X, aluminum driveshaft and 4:10 gears. Thats it.

It still has more in it. The rear-end needs rebuilt you can't tell in the video but while I'm doing my burnout the passenger side tire is the only one spinning. Plus it was ran in 93 degree weather. I think it will go 11.7

  • nice run!!!

11.9, great job on a S197... keep it up!

  • Thanks

  • @KBS197

Great run too, that mustang sounds awesome.

  • Thanks man

  • Good run man!
