I got this at a local classified internet sight caused i didn't want to cough out 800 bucks for a new one. You just have to keep your eyes peeled and wait for someone to post a sale. My dummy does have square hole for wall mountings but it didnt come with the hard ware. Check and freeze my video above and you'll see that i made a box to hold the dummy in and its screwed onto thick MDF board base. I placed a think blanket under it to protect my floor. It can turn or be pushed anywhere.
hey man i'm in wing chun as well and i just had to say remarkable. Your style is very um...poetic in a sense cause your strikes carry skill as well as power.
Just had to say its good to see wing chun done by good-hearted people.
@h8hax When you first begin it kinda hurts but some people deal with the pain. There's a way to increase bone density in the knuckles because if you think about bone structure it's really like a bunch of cobweb like connections. So as you hit hard things you break the thing connect and they grow back with more strength. That's why you see some beginners using bags with sandand practicing on that. Eventually they move up a "level" and can move onto harder things like wood.
Nice skills and techniques! Good to watch over again to practice with!!

Good form (at least better than mine) keep it up and speed will come eventually. Worse thing to do is have speed with no form.

i have to ask, does hitting those wooden handles hurt your arm somtimes? seems as though you hit it very hard but it doesnt even bother you.
