There's a set of pre-effects that is possible to activate setup only via PC sofware. There are another compressor and another wah before the amp simulator. Signal path: guitar, noise gate, pre effects (compressor, wah), amp model, preamp, cabinet, modulation effects, delay effetcs, reverb, FX global. And all of these are activable independently. So the effect combinations that you can do with the knobs in the front panel are only a part of the real possible combinations.
@Abs9106 You must use MIDI cable. No, the VampPro is not a soundcard! You must use inputs/outputs as a regular outboard gear. You can edit delay time in ms using the free software (behringer site) only for windows folks. If you are a Mac guy, you can use something like iVamp (not free).
I bought one of these for recording but found the sound of the Deluxe Reverb played clean was marred by a sort of low level 'shadow' distortion, irrespective of guitars, leads etc used. Although Studiospares here in the UK were unable to replicate with test equipment, I was happy when they agreed to return it to Behringer under warranty. I decided to go for a Triaxis instead although on price it would be an unfair comparison
Does the "Behringer V-amp pro" have a loop setting so I can record something and make it go on like a loop pedal or loop station? Because I want to buy a loop station too, but if the Behringer already has it I don't have to spend around $200 dollars for both the loop pedal and Behringer...
@masterfubb ah that sucks. if you can get a copy of windows install virtual box on your mac, and then install windows in the virtual machine. im about to snag one of these things too and thats what i'll have to do i guess. mac/linux only allowed in my home. wait... my girls laptop is windows. mwahaha problem solved. hope the virtual machine idea can work for you.
is there a way to control the delay in milliseconds?

@Dokdude what wire do you use to connect it to the pc. If you do connect it to the pc is there still a way to have the sound outputted via my amp?
