  • I have also 2x 2s LiPo and I series connector but my question is, how can I run my E-Revo 1/16 with the LiPo in NiMh? Can you tell me please? Thanks!

  • so, can i run 3s lip in parallel?? and where i can buy them cheap??

  • @TheMrmares Yes in parrallel, but not in serie lol , hobbyking has them for cheap.

  • Thank you for your fast response and attention!!!

  • Or which is the best specs for a batterie this size, I mean for durability and performance?

  • It's impossible to have 3s dual batterie? Or

  • @tommytube2103 To run two 3S in serie you would need a 6S esc. the mini revo esc can handle 4S but will hit the heat protection quick, even 3S is pushing it... but it work, for 4S you need to run it in nimh mode.

Make sure they have a 30C or higher discharge rate, from there use the one that has the most mah and still fit in the case., run two 3S in parrallel, most likely 1800mah for 3S is about the average you can fit.

two 1800mah in parrallel will get you 3600mah.

  • It was dual lipo in Serie? 3s each?

  • @tommytube2103 no it was two 3S in parrallel. Max we ran was 4S on the 5700kv mamba, we even tied 5S but it overheated too quick...

  • were u get that garmin gps or the radargun

  • nice quater mile u got ther for drag + needed space to slow down, lol at the one legger burnouts... so weak, you dont got any american muscle over ther in ur country i guess, that sucks, my firebird would put some real burnout marks all up an down that shit, go to my channel if u wana see my flybid lol

  • it did not take wheelies, any tips?

  • is that drushed

  • is that all stock

  • @sk8teboarder93 stock esc, stock motor, 31t gearing if i remember, 3S lipo.

  • wtf is up the your voices

  • did you have low voltage cutoff disabled?

  • @WillNorway No, it was on lipo mode, 3S. :)

  • Comment removed

  • What spur gear are you using?

  • original 50t

    :)

  • hay dont you need duel servose for those tires. i just got duel survose and thay are ridiculose

  • Can you tell me the size of the tires and can you tell me the dealer?

    Thanks

  • They are Jaco tires for the jato, i ont have the tire anymore so i cant say the size, they use 12mm hex :)

  • THX.

    NICE Video

  • will the jaco tires over heat the esc?

  • Not if you gear the truck accordingly :)

  • could you put the 50+mph gear that comes with the truck?

  • Yes, but watch the temp :)

  • did you use a BEC for 4s

  • No, it was on nimh mode only.

    :)

  • What pinion gear are you using?

  • I think it was 35t pinion .

    :)

  • u can shorten the wire by stuffing it in the radio box so it does not hang out

  • Dude you should buy the wheelie bar im selling. its really good. and its cheap

  • Wheelie Bar = More Weight / More Weight = Slower Top Speed

  • not neccesarily. I ways just about 5 ounces. A lot less weight than the extra weight you are putting by running 4s. Think about what you say first.

  • I stand by what I said. A bar only adds weight. Reminds me of one of those guys who has an aluminum wing on the trunk lid of his 1991 4 door Honda Accord lol.

Forget the wheelie bar and just learn to drive. It's called "throttle control".

  • @MOV13M4ST3R

lol@ this. so throttle control, which is letting off the throttle is supposed to be faster then adding 5 ozs of weight, downforce to control vehicle at speed, and staying on teh throttle at 72mph ROFLROLFOFFL.

EPIC FAIL. many race car teams have shown us wings work. just not on 1991 honda accords with stock motors that run 17''s in teh qtr.

  • the more i watch your video the more I want to try running my 2 lipos in series, I have to race a Banchee today..Look at my video from the last race..it was close..haha

  • What pitch?

  • original pitch :)

  • wow! great resutl.

just one question: i have one, but i don't have the dissipation wings on motor that i've seen on the video. did u put them?

    thx

    bye

  • Yes, its a duratrax heatsink ive installed it.

  • is it the one for the mini quake?

  • Yes thats the one, part

    # DTXC8279 :)

  • cool beans thanks

  • What brand of pinion gear is that?

  • Its a RRP 35t aluminium pinion. :)

  • how much did u pay for it

  • about 400$ can with a second nimh battery. :)

  • wow is this thing electric

  • Yes its electric

    :)

  • Mike ... no complement but you deserve to be hired as an adviser at a major RC company .

what are they waiting for ???

  • Thx man! Thats a job i would love to do lol

  • where did you get those batteries? and what is an estimate of the run time?

  • My friend got tthem by his LHS, they are SMC batteries, runtime in serie was about 20 minutes, and over 35 minutes in parralel (never tried long enought to see runtime with them...)

    :)

  • where did u get that heat sink!?!?!?> i need one

  • Its a Duratrax heatsink, i got it on ebay.

  • thnx for the quick reply

  • Nice Job Mike great vid :)

  • Thx man! :)

  • nice tires where did you got them from?

  • You can get them at your LHS , or order online like towerhobbies, or ebay, its Jaco Jato/stampede tires. :)

  • thanks for the fast reply, was there any heating issues using them?

  • no issue for top speed runs or asphalt bashing, when we run in soft sand it will tend to overheat on 3s or 4s, we run in 2s parrallel.

    :)

  • Sorry i went on jaco's website and there's sp many foam tires, Please tell me your model number or a link where i can buy them, none of my local hobby shops carry those foams, also did they fit without modifications? Your mini e revo looks bad ass!

  • We use the JACO 2040 rear Jato/stampede tires (we used 4 rear tires to install on the mini, they are direct fit, no modification required)

    :)

  • Hi, i like your foam tires. I want to get a pair, but are they both rears or fronts, because they sell them in either rears or fronts.

  • Hi, I like your foam tires.. I want to get a pair, but are you using rear jaco's foam tires or front, because they sell them front or rear.

  • Gotta love it!

  • ok i have one of these and i im having problem with i what i think is my diff because my front right wheel is spinning slower than all of my others and i dont really know what could be wrong any help or addvice would be much appriciated, thanks

  • Nice job!

  • Thx man! :)

  • very nice man. Which e-revo do you like better the big one brushless edition or the e-revo vxl i cant decide which one to get

  • It will depen d if you hav a nice place to run the mini, id say i prefer the mini! less expensive, pretty though and fun to drive.

  • love it but what happened to the 91.6 ?

  • That was with the big revo, this one is the mini e-revo 1/16 scale :)

  • lol they look the same lool i could not tell lol thx for telling me :)

  • how did You get those rear tires out like that?

  • They have that offset when you buy them, they fit right on the mini-revo.

    :)

  • That sucker is fast ! sticks also very well to the ground, no wheelies, those tires are perfect for speedrun,s

    Another great job guys :)
