Sorry to the poster who wrote "fan" in the title. Keepin' it clean you could have said Jack-Ass or plain "Ass" . As for Diaz he is in the clear...he took some advice when interviewed and said something about helping the guy from being tazered. He knew that security crew had no tazer like what happened in a earlier game... he wanted the game to go on and the pitcher not to get his head out the game over some douche. Great Move Matt.

Just like if someone is breaking the law, you do have the right to place someone under citizens arrest. Oh wait, you aren't a cop, why could you put someone under citizens arrest? Because you are allowed to do anything by legal means to stop a criminal for cops or security forces.
