Hello thar. The image at 0:50 is a rusty doorhandle (is that the one you mean?) which I photoed whilst door-to-door leafletting a few years ago. You're right, there is indeed a hidden theme! The image of the HANDLE is a clue! If you guess the theme correctly I'll give you, Mr Fodient, the grey jack lead pictured in this vid (it smells important).

No, that's not me in bed with anyone, I could never be so bold! It is in fact a composite of multiple images to make it *appear* as if I'm in bed with someone (for a 'project'). Included to toy with notions of reality/unreality. And yes, you can have the lead! My cat was sick on it anyway.
