The PS3 can actaully go up to 1,000 gigs on the slim, and 500 gigs on the phat models. You just have to buy the hard drives. Keep in mind that the XBox 360 can also go pretty high, but it costs nearly double what it would cast for you to buy a hard drive for the PS3. Microsoft only lets you use Microsoft certified Hard drives, where as you can stick any Labtop hard drive into a Sony PS3, and it would work. (Well, just about any. They are essentially the same part.)

Wii for kids from 5 to 12 years, Ps3 has worse graphics in multiplataform games due to the difilcut in programing for it (its expensive an x360 is just selling better, so most of the games are really better on X360). X360 has a paid online service, but also has quality on the service, thats why microsoft will charge for online play.

If you like exclusive titles for ps3 (god of war, last guardian) buy one, if you like multiplataform games and online play buy (call of duty, fallout 3) x360.
