I think he did most of it with S&H Grren stamps and cereal box tops.

I've thought for a long time that it would be cool to make a stop action animation with all the action figures coming to life, climbing down off the shelves and storming down the hallway, intent on attacking their "Evil Master" ie Kevin. Hehe
