Being in LE, I don't respect the Chief for his actions. He did what was best for him and his agency be resigning. The female office should had resigned or some action taken for her behavior. She could have said NO! We are human too

Given that she keeps checking to see if the prisoner they're transporting is awake while she gives the chief a HANDJOB I'd say she was acting voluntarily.
