  • If anyone wants to read the book online, heres a link. You can read online or download a zipped txt file. Lemme know if it works for you!

  • Did you know part 4 has been blocked now because of copright issues?

  • I love how when Hoggle gives Sarah the peach she doesn't offer anyone else some. Nope, there's only three other people with her helping her on her quest. The least she could do is offer a bit of the food as well.

  • @LilletBlan8 In the book she was going to offer them some...

  • @tigger31086 Well that's good. At least in one version she does or attempts to =)

  • @LilletBlan8 Yeah, she did at least wonder if she should offer them a bite, but supposedly Hoggle looked so pleased to give it to her that she thought it was expected of her to take a bite, and the others were already ahead and out of sight. The book is really good if you haven't read it. It does follow the movie, but you get into the character's heads a bit more to figure out why they do what they do (i.e why Sarah chooses one door knocker over the other or why that guy is following her in the

  • @LilletBlan8 ballroom scene...which is more intense by the way.)

  • MASQUERADE PAPER FACES ON PARADE!

  • "it's against the rules to throw someone else's head!" "You can only throw your own head"

  • i want to no where to get a peach like that!!

  • @IchigosHanyo Me too, but only if it will let me hallucinate like this! lol

  • The peach gave Sarah a trip O_O

  • I can't find the book who wrote it? And when did it come out?

  • @T101vsT1000 Don't know when it came out, but it was written by A. C.H. Smith...good luck!

  • @tigger31086 wow...

  • @DrWhoManiac666 At 2:40 he's near the lower right corner in the wall close to the tree (I knew I was forgetting one)

  • @DrWhoManiac666 At 9:28 he's in the tree on the right side of the screen.

  • Why is everything in the labyrinth sparkley? Lol the logs n stuff are all glitterized. I wonder if that had anything to do with David Bowie being in this film :P

  • This was the first movie me and my boyfriend saw together then when he dumped me this was my comfort movie... :(

  • @thenerdandherfriends Sorry about the break up, but this is really a great movie, isn't it? I've learned so much from it and it always makes me feel better when I watch it!

  • "Hens forth"? WHO TALKS LIKE THAT!!!

  • Btw: A big beast in an 80´s fantasy movie talking about "friends" and having a relation with rocks... see where I´m going with this?

  • Ugh! The picture is so CLEAR. I can't get over how enhanced this looks. I can't wait to see all the color in the ballroom scene. :-)

  • @TheMerrow3 I know! It's awesome how clear the video can appear when it's uploaded on here!

  • the main girl is hot

  • movies looked this good at that year?

  • @tiger31086 is it the same or a similar ending in the book aswell as the film?

  • @LOLproductions73 Pretty much the same thing...lines are different but that's really it.

  • I wish it was real -3

  • Love this movie! Thanks for the upload! !3

  • Isn't ambrotious the same dog as Lancelot

  • I really live this movie! :) I haven't watched it for like 8 years but I used to be my fave movie! It really brings back memories. :)

  • Maybe not*

  • 6:39 sworn with his what?

  • @jennabear1 Well that's weird...I didn't noticed he was cut off. Anyway, he has "sworn with his life's blood that no one shall pass without his permission." Maybe no word for word correct, but close enough.

  • I had a crush on Jareth when I was 8. And it's the same feeling when I watch this movie now ( I'm 23). I'm so addicted to Bowie, that's very creepy...

  • @1947ziggy I'm addicted to Jareth and still have a crush on him and I'm as old as the movie and have been watching it since it's birth!

  • @1947ziggy I so agree....have been searchin for this movie for years.....i first watched it when i was 8 and had a crush on Jareth......soooo happy that i have finally found it!!!!

  • Who else loves the way that bird says 'hey, her head don' come off!'? LOL

  • I think the goblin king only threatened Hoggle coz he was jealous of him for Sarah kissing him.

  • @LOLproductions73 That's absolutely true. According to the book, no signs of affection or love were allowed to be shown toward anyone. He was also starting to actually fall for Sarah at the time so he didn't like it that Hoggle was getting her affection and he wasn't.

  • @tigger31086 what's the book's title? i've been wanting to read it but im not really sure what's it called. Is it just Labyrinth?

  • @mpenguin101 It is called Labyrinth. The cover has Jareth holding a crystal ball out with Sarah inside it and his Labyrinth. He also has some of his goblins around him. (Just to help you locate it) Like I said, I found mine on Amazon and the new one is pricy, but they also have old copies if you like. Mine also has 7 pictures from the movie in it. Good luck!

  • @tigger31086 thank you so much! :D

  • @mpenguin101 You're quite welcome! I hope you like it as much as I did. Enjoy!

  • Ludo is adorable.

    "Ludo!"

    "SMELL"

  • Muppets on crack.lol.

  • babygirl115000 I have a theory about the significance of the Fireys that I've yet to hear anyone else suggest. If you don't think I've commented too much so far I'd be happy to share it here

  • @9ansean Opps, sorry! I got too many zeros in your name!

Again my theory is a little weird, but been I've dying to share it with someone so:

    "May I have your permission?"

  • @9ansean I'd be interested to hear it.

  • Comment removed

  • @WOLFIEweasel The fireys are like Satyrs. Heedless and hedonistic, concerned only with there own misadventure. In the orginal script they're called "wild things." This might have been another literary reference since Sarah owns a copy of "Where the Wild Things Are."

Some have suggest they just want to make her wild like they are. They much more aggressive with Sarah in the script, misreading her requist to help her find the castle as in invite to "wrestle."

  • It seems too light to suggest rape in the modern since, but it could imply rape in the archaic since. In roman myths, the latin term raptio means abduction. Usually to take a young women from one tribe in the hopes to make her one of your own. Trying to force Sarah's head off could imply taking her innocence to make her 'wild' like they are. "Maidens head" was old term in english romance for virginity. After all, Sarah does see her self at first as a fair maiden needing in need of rescue.

  • @9ansean BTW sorry about the repetition. I had some trouble with the editing. Hope most of what I wrote is at least clear.

  • @9ansean Excellent theory!

  • Last faces I'm aware of:

1:42 off on the right edge in the rock: (It's very hard to see so try following the line of stepping stones)

and 9:42 in the lower branchs of the last tree on the right just below the ray of light

  • i wish i had a pet ludo :D

  • I'm pretty sure that one of those fire monsters is the voice of elmo.

  • @existenceisrelative Correct! Kevin Clash in the leader with the high pitch voice.

  • david bowie is so sexy

  • shes trippin out baddddddd hahahahhaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • LOL the farting stepping stones XD

  • why are parts cut out?

  • @CheapCrackinFilms i split the video best i can i didn't leave anything out, if u go to part 6 u will see it

  • @CheapCrackinFilms theres missing scences? damn it ive never seen it before

  • @SolangeLOLable It's not so much that there are missing scenes actually. It's just that some of the parts of certain scenes was cut off. The missing parts don't really effect the movie at all though. You'll still see most of it. If you've got questions, don't be afraid to ask!
