He'll Probably Return Prior to the Rumble..Like at TLC, and likely either cause Henry to lose his title or Beat him up after he retains it...leading to his first match back at the Royal Rumble or both of them entering the Rumble.
I think Kane will show up on RAW, or prior to the Royal Rumble. There's nowhere left to go with his promos-they've already showed him choosing the full-face mask and burning the other, these promos are likely done, now, and bringing Kane back at the Rumble, with this kind of build-up, means he'd likely have to win, or it would kind of bury his new gimmick. However, someone else could benefit from the win more than he could, so they'll bring him back before and put him in a RR singles match, imo

@TheChaserofSouls - Regarding Kane’s return, word is that he will be on the RAW brand as a heel when he returns. Kane is scheduled to return in time for the Royal Rumble.
On a related note, there’s been a lot of speculation on whether or not Kane will be masked when he returns. Word is that that decision is still up in the air. Officials wanted to use the mask in the video so there would be no question that it was for Kane’s return.

@TheChaserofSouls This is true, I Think now though...WWE will kind of be forced to mask him due to the amount of anticipation the promo raised within the fans..but that's only my opinion..Unless they make another stupid decision and upset their fans with wasted potential. As far as the Heel thing goes, I don't understand that, unless they're setting him up to feud with the Undertaker.

@TheChaserofSouls But Kane is interpreted differently from the rest,because when he was the masked Kane when he first appeared him and Paul Bearer did their own thing away from other Wrestler as in Kane has always attacked other heels over the years,but i'm saying 2001 and under,because 2002 is when he became more of a face,and more human like.
Also even though Stone Cold was cheered by a big portion of the fans in his time he was always marked as a heel,but a loved heel.

@jaffaraod But fun fact,Batista states in his book that when he was in the wwe he always went to Kane for info,because he was very reliable,and basically stated when he needed a good gym to go to,and location Kane already had names flowing out of his mouth,lol it's said that Kane's workout freak,and with this time hes taken off I see no problem with him bulking back up,but did the bicep tare play a big factor in this?.

I think Kane will show up on RAW, or prior to the Royal Rumble. There's nowhere left to go with his promos-they've already showed him choosing the full-face mask and burning the other, these promos are likely done, now, and bringing Kane back at the Rumble, with this kind of build-up, means he'd likely have to win, or it would kind of bury his new gimmick. However, someone else could benefit from the win more than he could, so they'll bring him back before and put him in a RR singles match, imo

The point is that he's going back to his original, most well-known, most liked self for his final stint before retirement. It's the same thing The Undertaker did at WM 20, of course he ended up staying wayyy longer than he planned.
Hulk Hogan wouldn't go out as Hollywood Hogan. Undertaker wouldn't go out as the Badass. Kane wouldn't go out as unmasked.
