Does #3 work for gel eyeliners? it sounds interesting but i don't want my gel liner to dry out or something!!

uh oh!! #9 is y my makeup dnt stay on >.< i could use alcohol face pads on my face five times a day and my face will still b oily x.x

my eyeliner messes up as soon i put it on =w= it gets in the cracks of my eye lids... so does my eye shadow
