  • @babaganush00

go to mile split.com then type in tyler brown laquinta and see for yourself

  • @babaganush00 cause I wasnt trying

  • come out hard sprint first 100 curb , straighten up and stride the back 100 , 80-90% 3rd corner to fourth corner then last 80-90 meters empty the tank

  • i never ran a 400 before dat was my first time nd i wasnt even trained nd my start was bad hehe

  • That dude that you're on in the beginning needs a better start.

  • 100% first 100, 95% the second 100, build up percentage on the third 100, then all you can give to get to 100% on the last 100. It is a tough race. But you need to go all out on the first 100. As a freshmen in high school this year I got 53.8. First year running track ever. Hoping to get sub 50s before I graduate :)

  • @ChrisTheFitz if you run the first 100 at full speed the second 100 at 95% you are basically running a full out 200 the first 100 should be about 95% and the second 100 is suppose to be a relaxed stride about 90% then you push the curve and sprint the home stretch. if you are sprinting the first 100 all out you're running it wrong.

  • @babaganush00 i always start at my two hundred meter mark...and i still cant push it as much??

  • @Briansantiago11 you have to be properly trained to run the 400 and do it correctly. if you arent in the right shape running 200 fast and still maintaining and increasing speed for another 200 is going to be difficult.

  • @babaganush00 yes i understand that i have long experience bout keeping it, but this only happens on my good days, and on my bad days i tend to doo better. i think i go out too strong when i actually feel good, and bad days, i get lazy on taking out hard....ive actually hit 55 sec on a bad day Oo

  • @babaganush00 The way my coach puts it is run a quick 200 and then balls to the walls everything you got like the last 200-100 meters depending on how good you feel, you really can't plan this race, those kids generally lose it at least where I am from

  • @babaganush00 If your really good and know what your made of you just sprint the full 400m.

  • @TheSeamus771 yeah how about you try that and kill your fucking self... its all about technique

  • @SLIMLovesATTENTION I have and i have won many races using this technique. How about you shut the hell up and don't talk to someone whose better than you!

  • i run a 55 and i am a distance runner. Our fastest distance runner ran a 400 in 49.8 and our fastest sprinter ran it in 47.7.

  • winning time was what like a 52.5? thats what happens when you throw 100m sprinters into a quarter race. they sprint the first 200 almost all out and dont have the strength for the second curve or the home stretch. and dont wear a speed suit till your in the 50s atleast.

  • @babaganush00 I'm the oposite,I think I give them too much of a start but as soon as I hit that 100m I sprint it out...that's what gives me a place

  • @babaganush00

the dude that ur talking about that won wearing a speed suit could run a 48 in the open..so if u dont know then dont say anything..

  • @doitalonecudi could? whats holding him back? i dont see a vid of him running one so if you have one please direct me to it

  • slow! man i was runnin the 400 at :51

  • Comment removed

  • paste your self i sprint the last 100 meters just jog slow but not too slow like 2/4 of your speed make it a fast jog i get 1:09 and i just sprint the end let out all i have left
