@12cr0x12 Hey man ...no not everyday ....as chances of injury are extremely high ...your muscles need atleast 48 hours to rest and recuperate...you can do this workout thrice a week (and combine more exercises with this plan)on every alternate day and follow a proper diet along with it and you will easily get in shape ...check out more body weight exercises on my channel ....regards raghav :-)

How about if i folow the following, 1.Jump and sprawl 2.Dumbell swing 3.Squat curl and press 4.lunge (15 reps each and 3 circuits) along with running on alternate days. Can you please modify the above and help me make a workout plan.

@korvix hmmm every seen gymnast ..............deadlifts and squats are extremely effective too but lets not sideline body weight exercises and their benefits. Lets not forget most of the people hardly have time to go to the gym or have access to free weights at home so for them body weight exercises definately makes more sense from a health/cosmetic point of view....regards raghav :-)

nice this works well as an alternate to the 200 push ups. do this one day then the push up the other day... hope to lose some body fat before the holiday eating fest..

You have to life heavy and eat 2g/kg body weight of protein to gain mass.Increase your calories by 500 with macro like 40/40/20 to bulk and then, reduce calories to get ripped..
