@Seedcovers what I found amazing is how cheap they are now. John paid £1000 for it over here in the UK, I remember when they came out they were soooo expensive. It was cheaper than our PC, we couldn't really afford it, but just had to have it, you know how it is.

My christmas present from Hubby was the Canon Rebel t2i. It also records in HD and takes 18mp pictures. I am still intimidated by it. I need to make a video today of a soap batch I made last night and am going to try to use the new camera. So far I have only taken still pics with it and love the quality. I think we can only upload in 780i onto youtube instead of 1080i (true high def). Let me know how it works for you!
