1. The needle needs to be pulled out and placed back, remember to tighten the needle retaining chuck bolt.
2. May want to soak the stylus in warm (not hot) water or overnight with the needle out.

Ok, not a problem. 1) Pull out the needle from the stylus. 2) Prepare a plastic container with a few drops of dish washing liquid and about 2 cups of lukewarm water [do not place airbrush in dishwasher]. 3) Place the stylus and the needle separately in lukewarm water to soak overnight. 3) Next day, wipe-off all makeup buildup from needle. 4)Firmly place needle all the way and tighten needle chuck 5)Try to spray water from the airbrush. THIS SHOULD FIX THE PROBLEM.

hi, first of all nice vid, secondly i have a question, when iam using my gun, most times all the paint is geting blown out of the airbrush gun via the paint cup on top. this causes a horrble mess, what is wrong? how can i prevent it?
Ok, know how to fix this. 1) Make sure airbrush system is off 2) Unscrew the needle cap (tail of stylus) 3) Gently loosen (do not remove) needle retaining screw on nut. 4) Push the needle all the way IN 5) tighten the needle retaining screw nut 6)Closeup by attaching tail needle cap. >>>>>>The problem was that your needle was not pushed-in all the way the last time your stylus needle was cleaned. Push in the needle and this problem will be fixed instantly. Hoe this helps immediately.
I just recommend doing all of this over a folded towel, we never know when the needle or any other part can slip of our fingers and fall down, they are very fragile.
This video will surely take care of the problem you are having. A few helpful tips then- It seems that your daughter is placing way too much makeup into the stylus as you should only need a few drops of airbrush cosmetics. Also, have her spray-out any left-over cosmetics into a tissue or bathroom sink. And the best tip is to run a few drops of water to clear-out any left over makeup, it takes only 3-5 seconds. I hope that this helps : )
Two things could be the case:
1. The needle needs to be pulled out and placed back, remember to tighten the needle retaining chuck bolt.
2. May want to soak the stylus in warm (not hot) water or overnight with the needle out.

Do you take the stylus off of the air house?
tomkaulitzloverliz 2 years ago
Sure, just slide off the hose. It comes back on in a jiff.

mine is always clogged with make-up. I found out that my daughter was using it and she didn't clean it after she was finished using it.
