Love the tutorials. I coded java back in HS in 1997 when it was 1.1 These tutorials were just what I needed to write a app for fun. Good work. For every one finishing lesson #5 with me and did their home work suggested at the end of the video you should really read Supporting Multiple Screens Android Developers Google it is the first result; this gives good outline of screen sizes and the resolution of images you should shoot for in your drawable folders.

How do I change the coordinates of buttons/images/whatever. I'm coming from iOS, so I'm used to being able to just freely rearrange the views in Interface Builder. It seems that's not possible on Android...

@vash1053 Depending on what version of the sdk/adt you have... Try switch from LinearLayout to RelativeLayout in the xml code, and then go into the graphic view and placing buttons, textview and whatever else freely. Hope that helps :D
