I'm actually really clostrophobic. I'm barely 12 nd clostrophobia isn't a fun thing.. I got it wen I was lik 6 cuz my dad used to trap me under the blanket and sit on me leaving me no room to breath or move so I would kick and scream.. Even if u put a pillow over my face I freak out cuz I think that I jst trapped. So i have something to contribute to claustrophobic stories i was in the basketball lockerroom and my teammates were goofing around we saw a normal sized gym bag and we were like dude somebody get in it. i squeezed in it thought itd be fun they zipped it up and it was less than a second and i had no room and it got hot and i just screamed i got tossed around they finally unzipped it after 15 sec and i was shaking. it was so freaking scary

Reason I'm claustrophobic is because my sister locked me in our car boot when I was about 8 years old and then (somehow) forgot about me. My parents didnt find me for like an hour and I was kicking and thrashing around the whole time. Scariest hour of my life.

I'm claustrophobic and once trapped inside a malfunctioning comfort room door knob at my office. My officemates were rushing to get some help because I was making a lot of noises inside. lol. And when I overheard that they need to call service to open the jammed door knob, my anxiety went skyhigh, I could hardly breathe. I was pacifying myself but I couldn't control myself anymore. I'm claustrophobic, And I've learned that it's not exactly the fear of small spaces, But the fear that you can't get out of a small space. Another fear is suffication, Many claustrophobic people are also scared that if you get trapped in a small space there will not be enough air. This usually results in panic attacks (Which I've had, It's not fun)
