Looks good, though not really a fan of the weapon and shield being the same exact color as the armor. Makes the entire model look a bit boring with how nearly the entire thing is one color.

Alex, I take it that you are primarily a 40k player? I do enjoy seeing the paint jobs but I don't play 40k and would love to see some Warhammer (the real Warhammer :-P) figures. What would really trip my trigger would be seeing you paint an awesome Blood Bowl team.

Also, to be honest, the paintjob is very very nice, but the color scheme doesnt really fit a Wolf Brother. since Tzeentch is the chaos god of mutation, and his color is blue, then I think the Wolve brothers' armour would be blue. That's my take. But still a really nice paint job.

I posted a video response to your comment questions of thinning down paint. True there isn't the "One magic Ratio" but the basic concept is 1:1. Though some paint colors (yellow for instance) have such a low pigment count, it doesn't require thinning. The best way is to see the consistency of the paint and determine rather it is too thick or not. Try checking out my video for more details and how to get a 1 to 1 ratio is GW pots.

Don't stress on the haters. I always enjoy seeing the techniques you use because its one thing to be told how to wet blend its another to actually see how its done proper. I don't know if you ever did but could you show proper object source lighting. I've tried it with decent results but would be great to see how its properly accomplished.

This is such a great idea. I am so scared of doing metallics in a large area like that but the effect is wonderful. When I was younger I made a solid gold marine and it was horrible, so i have been a bit gun-shy since then.

this is awesome same here the copper effect is a nice touch. Was going to do a choas army in tinbitz/bronze with green eye lenses. got the models this has inspired me to get it done. As dry brushing is about the only thing i can do lol

The Wolf Brothers' fate is still a bit unclear. They weren't ALL in Magnus' fortress. Read the book, Battle of the Fang, it's not bad. Definitely the best Space Wolf novel.
