She said When I was younger I thought that if I got married and had kids I'd live happily ever after.And then when I did get married I was in love and everything and we had our first kid and we started to fight. We fought every day and it got worse and worse to the point where he was beating me every day

Its because her husband beat her and she lite herself on fire, but before she burned to fare she prayed to god that if he was real to end the pain, so she went into a coma. and so she turned herself to god and told Lacey (at a consert) to always be strong and not to wast her life away like she did. As for the beginning I found it nice and for the ending, I liked how they ended it to =D
