having the tempertature drop at the basement doesnt prove there is a ghost or spirit there. ofc it would be colder in that basement than on the normal level

@MrHestolemyname Your right it doesn't. The unusual thing is that we had 4 temperature detectors and that was the only drop and it was during contact. Thanks for the comment.

Since the K-II was spiking and the MEL-8704's reading was stable, is it possible that you had RF interference with a two-way radio or cell phone? I have noticed that the K-II is more sensitive to RF and Cell Phone activity than the MEL.
