@gewooneerlijk That really depends on what production MTV hires to do the shoot. Its anywhere from a Pro DVcam, Sony Ex3 or Cannon XLH1 up to full Pro Sony Pmw 500's.
24P and 30P is only simulated through software regardless what you select your still shooting 60i.
As for the night and evening shooting turn the black stretch on and only adjust your exposure through the viewfinder because I've found that if you use the lcd screen I tend to be a little overexposed. Try setting program AE to sunset & moon which it limits the gain the +9.
excuse me!!! this looks great, I have it and it's actually difficult for me to achieve such good lighting at night. Besides, the 24p can be done in camera, in the menu look for something that says cinelook or cinerama, or something like that and there you can put it in 30p 24p or the way you have it.
From those choices My camera is only a 1Cmos sensor vs the other two being 3Cmos sensor setup. The other two are better at low light (1000 the best) but they don't have XLR inputs that my camera has. Also the 7 and 1000 are better at shooting 24p where as my camera doesn't actually do but simulate it through software.
Compared to the other I don't know since I've had this camera for a long time, well before the two you asked about were available. I know that my camera doesn't like red too much in any light though.
