I was hatched and raised in L.A. a long time ago. This is the traffic cam located on the Westbound Glendale Freeway 34. It "mingles" with the Ventura Freeway, U.S 101. THAT means this is probably a HEAVY AIRLINER (Boeing 747, AirBus 360 etc). It is taking off from LOS ANGELES International Airport, over Pacific Ocean. Trust me, I know this town. This city, the INCREDIBLE... LOS ANGELES. Hot town and beautiful girls, the center of the world is where I want to stay, right here in L.A.

Could be very,very bright spotlights shining on a low cloud ceiling. I live in Los Angeles, of which Glendale is a suburb of, and that is a very common thing. And with the quality image of traffic cams, that's more than likely the source. Then again, I could very well be wrong.

Thanks to pureology1 ( neat id ) I see all 3 go off to the right. In a big rush, imagine how slow a light from a plane would go. Assuming these are Tesla type ship there are no lights on those ships the light is from the high frequency pressure waves agitating air gases like Tesla did in vacuum tubes. He was just messing with us all the time but the Illuminati had Tesla all figured out.

@allesgutes the closer I look, the flatter my nose becomes. Honestly, I think rather, these are light reflections in the front glass sheet of the cam than something extraordinary.
