Dude...age means everything. The older you are the slower your cells divide no matter how well you diet and exercise. Hence why there are no 40 yr old NBA players or red bull bc one winners and also why you need to start a dance/sport young in order to become pro...so you peak at 20 and not 40. If you let your age be a barrier for you, then you are truly one dimensional. I know that time can be rough on the body, be he's still improving so much! I've seen Capoeristas in their late 40's and early 50's that can still "hollow out" and maintain all kinds of control in their handstand variations. Plus there is SO MUCH MORE to breakin' than just flashy power moves and flips. Sonic thrives in powermoves, but he still has so much skill in the rest of his movement.

yeah true he is a soo nice guy but the problem is that he break up other crews so now also he's own crew started to hate him now natural effects does'nt really exist anymore everybody left the crew only have 2 ppl left ( sonic and a guy named mark ) i know it sounds weird but its true he even picked out of my crew after that my partner feelt to ashamed over him self that he quited dancing cuz there was no other guys at my lvl means he cudnt compete vs adults in 2 vs 2 so he stopped :(

my partner feelt guilty for leting me down cuz he called me 1 hour before the competetion and said he got invited by sonic i also did that but i didnt leave my team. and the reason ppl start to hate him is cuz he start to break crews he just like ohh we need one then steal someone from another crew and then throw em out after ofc they get angry. he freaking only got 2 members in he's crew now a guy named mark and him cuz they became very good friends suddendly i dont know why
