they dont see the cells spin they use a velocity radar to see the rotation they can see the rotation, when the red (inflow) and the outflow (green) come together .
"Pampa" that bad before. It took me a second to figure out what he was saying. It is suppose to sound like the name "Pam" and then the "pa", but since all hell was breaking loose, I guess it is forgivable.
