  • i have the plans ..waiting on gantry kit, Z axis kit, Complete pulley kits to be in your store..haveing problum finding the right pulleys

  • @MrRigrandy1959 the pulleys depends on the ratio reduction you want. a 3:1 reduction ratio pulleys kit serves for your needs!?

  • very nice machine there

  • I like the video very much! get tabletop CNC from carving-cnc com,

  • how many steps per inch?

  • WOW major props! the gear reduction is great! what kind of stepper motors torque wise?

  • hi my friend i like very much your machine that machine can be 48 x96 cutting area ,what program do you use .pleace respon asap because i need that on my home shop .thanks .pedro excuse my inglish .

  • @nakedsun17

If I'm not mistaken he is running Mach3 by artsoft. That and EMC, which is linux based, are the 2 main CNC controllers.

  • that looks like a bought machine very nice. how would i build something like this. i only have cnc operating knowledge.

  • What are you stepper specs?

  • @pat4cnc he wrote on the cnczone thread - "Just got in my new Hobbycnc pro kit with 305 oz steppers"

  • where did you purchase the belts and pulleys?

  • That's pretty awesome looking. just out of curiosity, do you have a grounding wire going through your vacuum system? Because PVC is extremely dangerous for high volume vacuum systems due to static discharge. A lot of shops have blown up from using the wrong kind of vacuum tube. just asking cause I would have to see something happen to that awesome machine

  • @physiist777 Always ground all of your dust collector tubing!

  • @fixitman21 That is exactly my point. How is the guy in the video grounding his dust collector system? Just attaching a ground wire to one end of the PVC is not going to cut it

I run all spiral metal (grounded) ducting. Industry uses it for a reason, and so should everyone else. He has a nice system there, but being cheap where it really could counts could cost him his house

  • Nice work and nice parts! Would like to see it in action!

  • Worst camera handling i have seen in years.

  • Nice! I'll go and copy your idea with the clamps.

Better than vaccuum for what I am doing.

Thanks for the hints and the demo!

  • Wow! That looks very professional!

    Thanks for showing the details!

  • Yeh like you said very professional, like the part where he annihilate's the limit switch. I thought thats what they where there to avoid

  • Отличный станок! Всё на самом наивысшем уровне. Так держать!

  • Pretty nice machine! When are you going to show us some work?
