one of the great debates about the 92 olys.. onodi or milo on vault on floor. i gotta go w onodi.. its close tho! scoring was so tight then..

I have to say that I feel Henrietta outperformed Milosovici on the vault in Barcelona! I would go so far as to say that I think she outperformed her on the FX as well! She was such a talent!

I would have given both her vaults in the event finals a 9.950 or 9.975. In the air both vaults were worth a 10. The small landing movement was the only deduction on either one. So yes she clearly should have won vault on her own. I agree on floor too, she should have atleast tied Milo. If she were from Romania or the Soviet Union I bet she wins both events. Being from small Hungary with no gymnastics history except for the 50s she would have to be much better to get something.

She couldn't tied Milo on floor cause her last pass was low with a significant front step. This is why she just can't tie Milo

That's fine, but they should have tied at 9.95 on FX, and not Milo winning with the imperfect 10 of the meet. Onodi most likely wasn't deducted for the step, though, since many gymnasts did that (Gutsu, for one, Miller usually overrotater her passes). She was most likely deducted for the hop on the triple full (a very difficult element performed superbly). Milo had a similar hop on her mount, but most Milo fans pass it off as choreography.

but dont forget milo hopped on her first pass and landed low on her last.

she also had many form breaks throughout her routine.

she shouldnt of tied milo, she should of won.
