These were Ogawa's last performances with Morning Musume, although they had already had her official Hello Project Graduation ceremony when she said her farewells along with Asami Konno previous to this.
Rika wasn't with them because she's not part of MoMuse anymore. At the time, she was the leader of Biyuden( the other members, Yui Okada and Erika Miyoshi, were the jailers who let Sapphire and her mother free).

That's Makoto Ogawa..To be honest I have no idea on why their giving her the flowers..Maybe but just maybe she was about to graduate..

The song that starts at 2:35 is called "Watashi ga Tsuiteru", and it's the B-side to "Ambitious! Yashinteki de Ii Jan".
