She was wonderful in The Projectionest. She was Chuck McCann's fantasy heroine as I remember it. Also, did a radio interview which I caught and I was struck with how outspoken she was. She also took great pride in many of her films and spoke highly of the co-stars she had worked with.
Ina Balin was one of the great beauties of the big screen. In "The Black Orchid", even cast alongside Sophia Loren, she looked absolutely stunning. And a great actress. She is missed greatly.
Thanks for posting this about such a beautiful individualistic lady. I hadn't seen this short clip before, but it's a nice tribute, brief, and to the point, nevertheless.
Ina had such a smooth symmetrical deep beauty that I miss her to this day. Perhaps I remember her best in her Natalie role in
From The Terrace. She didn't have to use a lot of makeup for sure. Wish I could have talked to her. Inspiring that she rescued the orphan children, also.
She was a great actress whose career was too short. I fell in love with her in From the Terrace and never fell out. Thank you for the lovely tribute.

Phenomenal actress AND person. A class-act. Gone way too soon.
