Considering the fire that burned for months, it would be hard to rule out simultaneous underground explosions. Here's my highly fictional view of what could of happened. Explosive charges could have been placed by factions allowed in dureing construction with a few bribes. Used as needed.

Considering the fire that burned for months, it would be hard to rule out simultaneous underground explosions. Here's my highly fictional view of what could of happened. Unlike today the construction unions held considerable sway in hireing practices when those bldgs were built and deadlines and grievances between getting things done were handled under the table. Explosive charges could have been placed by factions allowed in dureing construction with a few bribes. Used as needed.

The Coke truck, that other destroyed truck or whatever near the same location (appears twice here). But, the nature of the destruction; high explosives able to cut 6 inches of structural steel in miliseconds, led to lots of collateral damage; wtc4, St Nick's and all the vehicles.

It is early, in my opinion, to speculate on what explosive they used; but it was terrible and powerful.
