You really have no idea how biblical interpretation works do you? That passage refers to the Jewish monarchical line, which shall not leave the tribe of Judah. It doesn't mean that Jews will always rule Judeah. Jews have created modern civilization with its values of human equality, separation of church and state, rational inquiry, and studious perseverance. May you one day be relieved of your ignorance.
